The best visit is not rushed and not vague. It connects what hurts, what your imaging shows, what has already been tried, and what kind of recovery support you actually have at home.
You do not need to diagnose yourself before calling. Tell the office what hurts, how long it has been going on, what you have already tried, and whether you have imaging. The first job is to figure out the problem.
Come with the patient if you can. Bring the medication list, medical conditions, prior surgery history, walking aids, fall concerns, and the questions you need answered before anyone makes a big decision.
It is fine to ask directly about robotic knee replacement, anterior hip replacement, ACL reconstruction, revision surgery, PRP, or BMAC. The visit should still confirm whether that option fits the diagnosis.
Ask what records should be sent before the visit, whether new imaging is needed, how follow-up works, and what should be arranged for therapy, transportation, stairs, and home help after treatment.
